PUPUS

Bread and Butter – Warm Ciabatta Served with your choice of 2 butters: Sea Salt, Lilikoi Pepper, Herb Butter, Shallot Truffle

Bread and Oil – Warm ciabatta served with seasoned olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Tonight’s Dip – Chef’s Daily Dip Creation served with crostini

The Classic– A terrine of baked brie topped with honey and fresh herbs

Golden Ravioli – Pan-fried in lemon butter sage sauce. Topped with fresh parm.

Lady and the Scamp – Seasoned sauteed shrimp served on a bed of cornichon dijon aioli.  Served with crostini.

A LITTLE SNACK

Crostini of the Day – 2 perfectly toasted and seasoned crostinis topped with chef’s daily creation. 

Nuts and Olives – The classic bar favorites to snack on with your drink.

SALADS

The Seasonal Salad – An Italian chopped salad with calabrese, cheese, artichoke hearts, olives, chickpeas, and oranges with an orange red wine vinaigrette.

The Harvest – Mixed greens, goat cheese, red grapes, Glazed pecans, red onion, Dijon vinaigrette. Served with crostini.

Additions:·Chilled sauteed shrimp, Marinated Baked Tofu

FROM THE GRILL

deVine Grilled Cheese- A deluxe 4-cheese masterpiece  on sourdough bread and drizzled with hot honey.  Served with a petite bowl of tomato basil soup.

* Add Bacon Crumbles

Cheese Charcuterie – Chef’s choice of 3 noteworthy cheeses, cheese whip, olives, grapes, honey, jam, mustard and Marcona almonds with warm ciabatta

Meat Charcuterie – Chef’s choice of 3 noteworthy cured meats, tapenade, grapes, cornichons, dried fruit, and mustard with warm ciabatta

Mixed Charcuterie – The best of both worlds above: Cheese and Meat

The Mezze – Tzatziki, marinated feta, kalamata olives, hummus, pickled peppers, cucumbers, tomato and artichoke hearts and warm naan

Fjord Board – Smoked salmon, dill and onion cream cheese, cucumbers, pickled onions, tomatoes, olives, mustard,  cornichons, dried fruit, marcona almonds.

* Sub gluten free crackers for ciabatta or crostini
